Jackson Grey

Hi folks,

At last the time has come for me to announce our good news - after much anticipation, our baby boy finally made his appearance almost a week ago, and a couple of days later we returned home to start life as a family. All my love and thanks to my beautiful fiancee Jodie for everything she has been through to help our son into the world, she was utterly incredible. Thank you to all our family and friends who have been so generous in their love and support, and in particular thanks to Vicky for being there through the last turns of the roller-coaster, and to Dave for working so hard to take care of my position in the show so I could be there to witness a miracle, and get my family home and settled. To Kate for doing the same for Jo, and TC for being the best boss and friend ever. Also to my Mum who is almost as besotted as we are, and everyone who has been around to help us come back down to earth in these early days (not that we have yet!)

At this point Jodie and I would like to thank all the friends and fans of TBTD around the country who's kindness with messages, cards and gifts has been totally astounding, we cannot thank you enough for everything we have received for our boy, we truly appreciate it.

So as I embark on what I'm told is the best gig you'll ever have, I look forward to what life on the road with our little one will hold, and feel lucky and excited that my son is born into the amazing world of That'll Be The Day, as I was nearly 29 years ago.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome to the world Jackson Gray, born at 00:12 on 17.04.2014 weighing 9lbs.
